Message	all it would take is some bad ass heads and alot of compression. I doubt seriously you could get 400hp and not have to run 104 octane gas all the time. if you upped the compression to say 14to1 you could make some power but would probly need to trailor the car to events. power is really a measure based on howmuch air you can get in a motor. you either need displacment or boost, or nitrous.
